I've been wanting to write about the eclipse for several weeks now, mostly because it was the coolest thing I've ever seen, and it seems like I should have stuff to say about it. But it's been difficult to get started, mostly because it's the coolest thing I've ever seen, and I'm not sure what I can say that will do it justice. Also, a little bit, because whenever I start thinking about it, it's only a matter of time before I start singing Total Eclipse of the Heart in my head.
Have you ever watched the Literal Video for Total Eclipse of the Heart? If not, you should. Even if you have, you should probably get a refresher. It's low-def, but def worth it (that sentence probably isn't as funny as it seems, but I'll leave it in so my son can make fun of me). The only real dilemma is whether you'll watch now or finish reading this post.
